You agree to: • Provide accurate and complete information • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use • Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws • Not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts our services • Not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, are the exclusive property of The Link Sphere and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our website without prior written consent.

For commissioned projects: • Project scope, timeline, and pricing will be detailed in a separate project agreement • Payment terms will be specified in the project agreement • Revisions and change requests may incur additional fees • Final deliverables will be provided upon completion of payment • Client must provide necessary materials and feedback in a timely manner • Delays caused by client may result in timeline adjustments

• All fees are quoted in the currency specified in the agreement • Payment schedules will be outlined in the project agreement • Late payments may incur additional charges • Refund policies vary by service and will be specified in project agreements • We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Link Sphere shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from: • Your use or inability to use our services • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services • Any bugs, viruses, or similar harmful components

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Link Sphere, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services, or your violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karachi, Pakistan.
